The Kenya Girl Guides Association (KGGA) is organizing a Family Fun Day for the entire Guiding Fraternity in Kenya. We would like to invite the guiding unit in your school and their parents to the fun day which will be held on the 4th February 2012 at the Impala Club Grounds on Ngong Road from 10:00am to 5:00pm.The main objective of organizing this event is to launch our new uniform, create more awareness about Guiding and recruit new members
If your school does not have a guiding unit, we would like to invite those who are interested in joining our movement since we will be having a recruitment drive and will register new members. Those parents who were once guides can still renew the promise because once a guide always one.
Tickets will be dispatched to schools so that advance booking can be done. The charges will be 200 ksh for advance tickets and 250ksh for gate tickets. There will be fun activities to keep the young ones engaged and highly interactive and educational sessions on health and self esteem issues for the older guides. Security will be provided throughout the day and there will be ample parking for all.
The deadline for confirmation of attendance for all schools will be 20th January 2012.
